Huge mental error by the Ole Miss punt returner in the bowl game with Texas Tech just now. Nodoby near the guy and he steps out of bounds at the Texas Tech 9 yard line. He scores and Ole Miss has a two score lead at 38-21. Instead, Texas Tech holds and Ole Miss misses the field goal so it's still 31-21.

Don't know if it'll end up making a difference in who wins but that's an example of just getting pure butt lucky that the guy on the other team who was about to easily make the end zone just wasn't paying attention to where he was with respect to the sideline.

Didn't come back to haunt Ole Miss as Tech screwed up going for it on 4th down and the Rebels took over and scored quickly. 38-21 after all.

Yup. Especially calling a quarterback sneak on 4th and 3 or 4. That's a bit much.

Ole Miss got some pure luck too when Crabtree fell down on his route, resulting in a pick six for Ole Miss.
