Currently UCA is looking for a defensive coordinator. Which made me think about this question: What other schools have openings on their staffs?

I suspect that Faragalli would tell him to stay in Easton. Faragalli really took some heat during the regular season for conservative play-calling. He gave a remarkably candid interview about it during the Championship post-game broadcast.

He did do a heck of a job in the playoffs, particularly with the Flea Flicker and Northern Iowa and the Fullback Pass in the Championship game.

I hope he stays in Richmond for a long time.

Defensive coordinator Kevin Clune, defensive line coach Chad Kauha'aha'a and offensive coordinator Kevin McGiven were all hired away from WSU by the new head coach at Utah State (FBS). xsmhx

UTC DC, OC, 6 AC's, 2 restricted earnings coaches. Huesman has chosen 4--most likely a 5th today--one of which he said will be his DC "that he has worked with in the past" and shares his defensive philosophy. expects to have staff by Friday.

Names have not been released--three names speculated:
Will Healy back up QB for Richmond this year(might be a restricted position)

Russ Ernfeld currently OLine coach at Tenn State (former UTC player--same time as Huesaman. Worked together at South Carolina).

Nearly every spot on new University of Tennessee at Chattanooga football coach Russ Huesman’s staff has been filled, and most of his assistants already know their way around campus.

Of the eight coaches who have agreed to help Huesman with the Mocs, one played at UTC, two were UTC assistants earlier in their careers, one is from Chattanooga and two were retained from former coach Rodney Allison’s staff.

The rumor is that Oregon State defensive graduate assistant Inoke Breckterfield will fill the defensive line coaching position at Weber State, and that LSU offensive GA Jason Beck will be the new quarterbacks coach.
