Cody Muller is joining up.

The 6-foot, 3-inch, 230-pound defensive end/tight end from Souderton (Pa.) High School told University of New Hampshire football coaches early this week that he wants to be a Wildcat. He called and said he was accepting their offer of a UNH scholarship and plans to sign a national letter of intent in early February.

"It's outstanding," said Souderton coach Ed Gallagher the other morning. "He's not just a good player, he's a great kid and a great leader. He was one of our captains and he's a great leader on and off the field. He's got a big frame and long arms and big hands. He'll be an outstanding player for New Hampshire."

Muller is one of the first commits for the Wildcats, who have three official recruiting weekends scheduled, starting in two weeks.

he said. "The CAA's just about as good as the Big East and what it came down to was, where could I get a great education and what school really wanted me."

Good too see he's already well educated about the CAA :D

Congrats on the commit. Looks like not only the CAA, but FCS in general is getting very good exposure.
