I'm proud of the CAA. Since 1998 we have had 4 different National Champions in 1AA. UMASS, Delaware, JMU and now Richmond.

It sounds more impressive if you say that the CAA has had three national champions since 2003. That is three in six years (Delaware, JMU and Richmond). Congratulations Spiders and great season to Montana!

Dude, chill out. I was mocking the other post that said "4th Place Team Wins the NC!!" when UR was tied for 3rd.

I agree UR was the best of the 3 (JMU, Nova, UR) the last 2 weeks of the season when it counted the most. NC championship rings & trophy look a lot better than conference championship rings & trophy. Congrats to UR.
