Philadelphia Flyers were down 5-1 to the Carolina Panthers in the third period of tonight's (well last night's now) game and rallied with four unanswered in the final period to send the game to OT and won the game 6-5 on a shootout.

Nice comeback. The last time the Flyers rallied from a 5-1 deficit was 1975.

They sure are on a hot streak after a lousy start to the season. Only four points behind the division-leading Rangers now with four games in hand.
Go Flyguys.

Well, they might have been looking past the Flyers to their game in Denver against the Broncos on Sunday. Hopefully they can get past a bizarre hockey game loss and still come out on top of the NFC South.
Or maybe Jake Delhomme just isn't much of a skater.

Doh, Panthers, Hurricanes. They should only have college basketball teams and FCS football teams in NC. No one cares about the rest. xlolx

I switched the channel on a Caps-Canes game earlier in the season, with Carolina up 2-1 with about 5 minutes left. When I switched back to the game, I was disappointed to see that the Caps got goals with 2:41 and 0:10 left to get the come-from-behind win.
Lots of us care about the NFL, too. I'm pretty sure the 'Carolina Panthers' thread on this board earlier this week went about 3 pages.
And don't get me started about racin'.
