Kats put up a fight but turnovers were their achillies heal in this on.
Ryan Bright had a double double at the beginning of the 2nd half of the game. The kid is great but can't do it all himself.

Kats will be back on ESPN for a little game we call the SLC Championship...

Drexel had a decent season last year and will be in the running for its conference championship this year. The Kats shouldn't hang their heads at this tough road loss.

Even though they are in our conference, I still have a hard time rooting for Drexel even out of conference.

C'mon, Hen! Who would you rather have as coach at UD: Bruiser Flint or the current incumbent?

I'd rather have you than DH. :p

I think if the game was in Huntsville, the Kats would've won...simple as that. I don't think anyone is hanging their heads. We all wanna beat New Mexico St this next week though! :)

You really think the "record crowd of 2,437" made the difference in the game?

BTW, the Dragons play Duke next. Anyone catch the Duke/Seton Hall game? I turned it on and it was 40-11.

When the fans are a few inches from the court (did you see that facility?) and it's a small facility, I think so...

Also, SHSU would've had a decent crowd and Kats are tough to beat in Huntsville...

Drexel's facility is a glorified HS gym, but it's fun when it's full. Usually, my wife and I can get good seats as "walkups."

But for Philadelphia BB venues, you just can't beat Penn's Palestra. A true holy temple of college hoops! Seats about 8000 but rocks when sold out.

The Palestra is as good as it gets for college hoops. Nothing like Princeton/Penn with an NCAA berth on the line in that place.

You're dead on with Drexel's facility, there really isn't much to it. The DAC Pack is one of the lamest student sections you'll ever see, too.

The DAC Pack
:lmao: I don't know why, but even the mention of their name makes me bust out laughing. I take that back, I do know why... because they are so very lame.

The only spirit section I've ever seen whose outfit includes plastic pocket-liners.
