What's the deal here? Do they count to the selection committee or not? I thought I read somewhere earlier in the year that they didn't.
I've read the qualifying terms that the committee uses to establish at large teams. But, what qualifies the records?
Help please.

Sure they count. However, the committee does take into account who each team plays, 1-A's & II's.

Still need those seven Div I wins, whether you played I-As or not...

The committee, thankfully, is normally smart enough to realize that a decently close showing vs a strong I-A is at least as good or even better than a win over of an average or worse D-II. In those comparisons, a loss is not necessarily a loss.
