If it does not affect my paycheck, nor my family........THEN I DON'T CARE!!

I am tired of investing my time, energy, emotion and money into sports teams and sports in general. I'm cutting back, going cold turkey you could say. I'll watch some sports, as a general fan.

Ok I feel much better now.

Thanks for listening, to all those millions and millions of AGS posters who respect, appreciate and support me. LOL

Not just last night! The whole season has been a joke. And last years Super Bowl just taxed and waxed me as a fan. And I'm not even THAT much of a fan, so I can only imagine what the die hards are thinking or doing, losing two times to Dallas! Jumping off the Walt Whittman or the Ben Franklin Bridges, I bet.

Laces: Does that mean you're going to quit AGS before logging your 1000th post?

Hey Ivy. No I won't quit AGS. But I don't think I'll reach 1,000 before the end of the playoffs, and I usually vanish in the off season from AGS.

If I had just a dime for all the times I've said this, I could retire at 40. Myself, I've got too much invested in the Vikings (NFL), Twins (baseball), Blazers (NBA) and Flames (NHL) to totally quit, not to mention college athletics divided between Portland State, Gonzaga and Rocky Mountain College. One may make me angry, but another starts doing pretty well.

LOL

I know what you mean, in a way. BTW, who are the Blazers in the NBA and the Flames in the NHL?? I really don't follow those two leagues to know all the teams.

And now with NASCAR approaching the season finale this Sunday, well, I will have nothing to watch or do on Sundays!! Until February that is, when NASCAR starts again.

Maybe I need another hobby besides working out. Or a part time weekend job to fill my time. Yeah, that may be it. A part time job on Saturdays and Sundays. I'll look into that.
