Yeah I know, I started a thread like this last year at this time.
So for any of you where high school football is played on Thanksgiving morning, do you have any plans to attend a game before diving into the turkey dinner.
I plan on taking Cobblepebble to two games. The first half is between South Kingstown vs. North Kingstown which is played at URI xthumbsupx At halftime we'll leave to see the second half of Cranston East (Cobbleboulder's old team) vs. Cranston West.
How about any of you? Let's hear about some of the Thanksgiving rivalries in your state.
Oh one more thing...
Happy Thanksgiving to AGSers and their families!

I'll be at the game between Catasauqua High School (my high school) and Northampton High School, at Alumni Field in beautiful Catasauqua, PA.

Calvert Hall plays Loyola(two Catholic HSs in Towson) at M&T Bank Stadium every Thanksgiving morning. "The Turkey Bowl"
I didn't go to either so I don't want to go freeze watching it in person. It'll be on tv though. I'll catch it inbetween watching the parades with my girls.

Nope, no HS football on Turkey Day here in Delaware.
I think a game was on TV last year, on ESPN maybe. Two PA schools. I have a hazy/cloudy memory of said game.

Easton (PA) vs. Phillipsburg (NJ) was on ESPN two years ago, perhaps that is what you are thinking of? They play at Lafayette and draw about 20k. Few PA high schools still play on Thanksgiving however as the PIAA playoffs go on at the same time.

Ha-- that is true. I am a casual follower these days and it is much larger in Western Pa.

Yep! That was it, thanks.
Damn, it was two years ago, and not last year??? Haha, my memory is hazier and cloudier than I realized.
