Just saying that fans are potential delusional who think their mediocre team that backed into the playoffs because the best team in their conference wasn't playoff eligible is going to suddenly convert into Appalachian State. xlolx

I'll say this: our team from the SUU game is worlds different than the team from conference/second half of the season.

We put it together better. Our offense clicked the entire second half, and our defense acted like they wanted to tackle someone.

Not saying that now our defense is going to be a top 5 defense come this afternoon, but if the team you are expecting to show up on Saturday is the team that faced SUU, then you're gonna be in for a rude awakening.

The team that played SUU and UNC was a different team than the one that won the SLC!

It wasn't until we beat McNeese that we finally got our act together and learned how to win! I think we have a legitimate shot at winning this game.

Our offense can score very quickly and our defense has been coming up with the big stops that we've needed. This game has the potential to be a shootout between our two teams, both of whom have demonstrated that they have the offense capabilities to be where they are now.
