Harvard split its weekend home series with Cornell and Colgate, coughing up a third-period lead against the Big Red (but scoring the first goals against them all year) while holding off the Red Raiders.

So who will make the Frozen Four this year? Cornell has to be the ECAC favorite.

Cornell was easily the preseason favorite, but like every other ECAC season, once the games begin, thos don't matter any more. Cornell has looked vulnerable, especially given that McKee hasn't been his usual dominant self and they seem to be having discipline issues. Colgate's loss to Harvard and potential loss to Dartmouth are the kind of games that have me concerned about them. I like our offense and their ability to score, but the D is young, and Dekanich, while quite talented, can only stop so many shots a night. He can't be asked to make 40+ saves every game and have Colgate win.

Just another year in the ECAC. I'm quite liking that 7-2 record we own against Hockey East so far this season. Go Harvard, Beat BC! :nod:

Yeah! Last night's 5-3 win was Harvard's first win over the Eagles at BC since 1979! Go Crimson! :D

And BC really sucks! :p

Michigan should be back there. It would be hard to imagine Red Berenson's team going 2 years w/o a Frozen Four appearance.

They play hockey in the pro's....AND in college???? Next thing you're going to tell me is that their is such thing as high school hockey and a peewee league hockey.

Hockey's that sport that the pakistanis/indians/brits seem to be pretty good at, right?

You're all just jealous. Trust me, if you're a I-AA football fanatic, you're 100% likely to be a college hockey fanatic once the season ends. If you want, you can all just adopt Colgate as your favourite team. ;)
