They should get creamed. Monmouth is a solid program. It's going to be a long first season at ODU, even thought they are getting top quality recruits, can't replace the experience factor.

Is ODU going to be independent?

No CAA OOC games this year? Is Old Dominion counting as a 1AA game? Looks like their playing four scholly 1AA teams including Monmouth and a bunch of D-II schools. Not sure how their classification will be considered since it's their 1st year.

The Monarchs will be playing as an independent until 2011 when they will have a full CAA schedule. Next years schedule includes two CIAA Div.II schools - Chowan and VA Union. The rest is made up with Jacksonville, Presbyterian, Campbell, Monmouth, VMI, Savannah St. and NC Central.
