Georgia Southern's Victor Cabral was drafter 24th (3rd Round) in the Canadian Football Draft.

He was taken by Montreal.

Oliver Manigat (OL) of Columbia was also drafted in Rd 6

He was actually one of only 2 I-AA players in the draft but I know he will do I-AA proud. Good luck to him!

He'll (Cabral) likely make the team and do well in CFL as he was born in Canada and lived there for the first 6 years of his life prior to his family moving to SW FL. He doesn't count as an import on their roster so that makes him especially valuable.
