The Georgia Southern men's basketball team beat Houston last night to make it to the semifinals to play against #5 Duke tonight in the 2k Sports Classic Benefiting Coaches Vs. Cancer.

Duke didn't look too good last march in the NCAA Tournament, let's hope they're still the same. xlolx

Houston fans are calling it a season. They can't believe they lost to Georgia Southern. Of course, they have this annual rite of passage within the first few weeks of the season annually.

Yea they had something like 20 turnovers in their game against Presbyterian. If they do the same tonight and GSU turns those turnovers into points the game could be really close. I'm looking forward to watching it.

Unfortunately hasn't been the case. Duke running away with it. 59-29 as we speak.

Duke is...well they're Duke, so I don't see how you could be disappointed, unless you have unreasonably high expectations for non-Davidson SoCon basketball teams.

I can dream. And wouldn't shock me to see dook lose to an unranked opponent this year.
