Was there any doubt? Weber State is awfully, awfully good. Idaho State is awfully, awfully bad. And surprisingly, they are close enough to recruit pretty much the same athletes. Different States may make a difference, but unless there is no scholarship involved, a State line shouldn't interfere with an athletes decision.

Of course, Weber State was pretty bad until they started raiding FBS schools for athletes.
