I know its almost a week away, but since W&M at 7-2 will be no lower than #13, this is a HUGE game. A JMU win would keep their #1 seed hopes alive (heck, JMU maybe wouldn't get a seed if they lost this one) and clinch the CAA title.

For W&M a win would be HUGE, as:
-it would make it likely that they'd make the playoffs, as then even with a loss to UR W&M would be 8-3 on an all Div 1 schedule, with a loss to a BCS and having beaten the #1 team on the road.
-they could then tie for the CAA title if they then beat UR.

Well, should JMU lose to W&M, that sets up the possibility that W&M, Nova and JMU could be tied for the CAA title with the autobid determined by coinflip.

So, W&M or Nova could still get the CAA autobid and would probably be granted a seed, pushing JMU out.

I just don't see how the CAA autobid doesn't get a seed.

If JMU wins, they clinch the CAA autobid, if JMU loses, all bets are off at that point.

No way Richmond would be left out in that scenario. I think that if the 4 CAA South teams finish 9-3 (or 8-3 for the teams that play 11 games) that they will all be in the playoffs. There's no way a CAA North team would be in over one of the South teams as the South has blanked the North in the matchup of contenders.

I saw McGee play RB in high school and he was great!

He was actually recruited by JMU to play RB (he picked JMU over Tennessee because Tennessee didn't want him to play RB), then, of course, they switched him over after his redshirt.

I think W&M may score more, but seriously doubt either team will score 40+ points. The key for W&M is if they can keep the turnovers to a minimum. JMU's lost only 8 turnovers to W&M's 23. Huge difference there.
