Wild affair. Mississippi Valley State prevails 58-44 over Texas Southern in what was the Tigers only real home game of the year (first and last). Sounds like some of the SLC games recently. Would've loved seeing such an offensive display.
Can any of the stat junkies figure out if this is the latest opening home date for a team in FCS (or NCAA) history?

Valley seemingly scored more points in this game then they did in the rest of conference play. xnonono2x

Why do you only have one home game?

They play other "home" games around the Houston area including Reliant Stadium and a local HS stadium or two. This is the only one that was on campus and is their officially designated home stadium by the NCAA.
When they sell season tickets, they sell entry to those other games, but Durley Complex is their home stadium.
