EWU alum/phenom Rodney Stuckey is probably going to be starting now, and playing alongside 4-time NBA scoring leader ALLEN IVERSON!!! The Pistons are going to be unstoppable this year!!! Soooo glad they cut the dead weight in Chauncey... it's time for Stuck to shine baby!

Um, I do believe it'll be AI and Rip starting. Maybe even less minutes for Stuckey since AI plays so many.

I don't think it will cut into his minutes, one of the main reasons they made the trade was because they have Stuckey as the PG of the future

True pointguard of the now... Rip and AI aren't true point guards, and Rip will most likely be coming off the bench... I guarantee Stuckey will be getting more minutes because of this trade.

Not to quibble, but Stuckey isn't really an alum since he left for the NBA well before graduating.

If Detroit brings Rip off the bench in favor of starting AI, they are crazy...and doomed.

AI doesn't know how to play straight up D and will be exposed again for what he is...an aging street ball player.

The good news for Detroit is that they can go after someone to really help them in 2009 after AI, and his big salary, go bye-bye next year.
