Most Hard-Luck Sports City

Now that Philadelphia is off the list with the WS title, what is the leader for most hard-luck sports city? I always thought it was close between Buffalo, Cleveland and Philly, but I think Seattle has to be in the mix now too. Any others? (though you would have a pretty tough argument to make for any city that has a title since 1990).

I vote New Orleans, they almost lost their teams due to a hurricane. Have never known consistent success. Plus Tulane plays there. And the Saints will always be the Aints.

My vote is for Cleveland, btw. They ain't won jack in a looooong time and most of the city has relocated to places with employment and/or good weather. Plus, much like Terry Francona is to the Phillies, Charlie Manuel is to Cleveland.

Cleveland. Not really close. Between the fumble, the drive, a lake that has caught on fire, up 3-1 v. Boston and a home game before losing in the ALCS a few years back, in 1997 2 outs away and they lose it, the lack of a title since the 40s even though they have teams in 3 of the 4 major sports.
