SME NETWORK TOP 25 FOR WEEK 9
Top 10 Movement and Four New Teams
Melville, NY – Today, the SME Network released their Top 25 Broadcasters’ Poll for the ninth week of the season. With a few match-ups this week involving ranked teams, the poll saw some significant movement.
This week, the largest jump in the ranks came from Lafayette. The Leopards went from #23 up to the #17 spot. The biggest drop of the week came from Northern Arizona and McNeese St as each squad fell eight spots. We also had a few teams get into the poll for the first time this season. South Carolina St, Tennessee-Martin, Texas St, and Colgate all made the top 25.
We are starting to approach the stretch run of the 2008 season. We are now watching which teams are putting themselves into the best sport for the playoffs. There will be more changing in the upcoming weeks.
