Count me as one of the guys who wants to see Meyer fall on his face, has he been at a school more than 2 years?

Hope the 'gators pound them

Cocks ARE on a mission. I think they will take care of Florida with little problem.
CCU v. Mansfield or Gators at Cocks?
Decisions, decisions!

I can't picture a CCU-Mansfield tailgate. Mansfield produces nurses, not football players! :p

Some nice music majors, too, Dated one when at Lehigh--but the hitchhike was too far...Nice nickname, though-"The Mounties"...for a reason..Mansfield, Pa. can be a lonely place.

I have a hard time concentrating on more than one thing at a time, so I usually don't pay attention to the Gamecocks until the Paladins season is over and, 9 times outta 10, by then, the Gamecocks are done.

Quite a few interesting and good matchups this weekend in the SEC:

South Carolina vs. Florida
LSU vs. Alabama
Auburn vs. Georgia

Thank god for these, because I can't find any other good ones to watch on Saturday.

And what the heck is up with D-I games being on TV all week?? Tuesday and Wednesday night football?? I don't like it. NCAA is whoreing itself out to ESPN, it appears. As usual. I don't want football to become like the NHL or NBA or MLB where games are on all the friggin' time.

No, the college football season is so short that I like the coverage of as many games as possible.

This is gonna be a good one. I love the Gators, but Spurrier's my boy. Its gonna be a close one. Too bad I won't get to see it, because I'll be in attendance of the Bison's victory over the Bunnies.

The Gamecocks have the chance to go 8-3 on the season. Not to bad for SOS in his first year.

Spurrier is taking slow steps to take back the SEC and who'd have thought it'd be at South Carolina. As a native son, I love it. About damn time South Carolina became a winner. State capital, rabid fans, ****load of money boosters, it all adds up or it least it SHOULD. Have to check it out when I get back in from Boone. GO CATAMOUNTS!!!
