Just went to halftime: Portland State 16, Idaho State 13

A few notes that I can have,

Weather is perfect in Portland low 60's and sunny. Should not be a factor.

Hubel started for the Vikings. Has thrown for 2 TDs but also has 2 INTs. Viking defense has been bending but has kept ISU out of the endzone, allowing 2 FG's late in the 2nd. Viking defense has kept ISU standout receiver Thompson in check, he has only two catches so far (other side, Viking big receiver D'Ambrogio only has one).

Stanley Jackson, longtime PSU corner who was beat out of the starters job by Shead this year, severe knee injury. Carted off the field.

ISU---Thompson did not return from the ankle injury suffered in the 3rd. Unsure of severity.

PSU defense shut out the Bengals in the second half and also got a score late on an INT. ISU defense kept D'Ambrogio in check but Frye had an impressive game. Hubel total yardage 476 yards passing.
