Two potential playoff teams rebounded this week with key road victories to help boost their postseason hopes. New Hampshire rallied against Northeastern while Richmond took it to Massachusetts.
Villanova continued its impressive run by dominating Rhode Island, also on the road, as the South is starting to prove what everyone thought all along, that the division is much stronger this year than the North.
We are now past the season’s midpoint and are heading into the stretch run so I thought I would change things up a little bit this week and not spend so much time on each game, but rather spend time jumping into playoff discussions and examining the state and strength of the CAA. More and more e-mails are discussing the playoffs and when I walk the tailgate that also is a big topic of discussion. So buckle up, here we go.
