*Utah and Boise State seems the be the teams so far that can take a BCS at-large berth away from someone else so far....

*TCU and Tulsa are charging. Ball State has a finite chance of doing something as long as they keep winning.

Two points.

Only one non-BCS team is guaranteed a spot if they meet the criteria.

Others may be picked if they are in the top 12.

Also, TCU meets the second "or" criteria - top 16, and ahead of the first team from one of the auto-bid conferences. In this case, first BE is #16 South Florida, first ACC is #18 Georgia Tech
