All week VT was talking about how it wouldn't be classy to run up the score on Miami. Well guess what, Miami wins 27-7.
I'd be happy about it, but it looks like the BCS might be clearer this year than many had anticipated (Alabama is the only potential spoiler left, with LSU on their slate next week). And I'm not a big fan of the BCS. And besides, the more laughable the NC race is in I-A, the happier I am to be a I-AA guy. The happier ALL of us should be to have a *true* National Champion in the highest level of collegiate football in which it truly means something.

Now we can definetly say that if Texas and USC win out they will be in the Rose Bowl.

No. No. No.
Texas will falter in the Big XII title game! USC will fall to UCLA. And the SEC title game won't go the way anyone wants it...
A few more undefeateds to go...BC-MESS!
Sorry, conflict theorist...

Big XII title game has provided some unexpected upsets before. While Colorado got knocked around by the Horns in game one, you never know. That's why we play, right?

Texas has Kansas and Texas A&M left on their schedule. They should win those no problem.
It looks like Colorado will meet Texas in the title game. Saying that Colorado got "knocked around" by Texas earlier this season is an understatement. They got beat 42-17. Texas more than doubled CU's total offensive yards and controled the clock by having the ball for 17+ more minutes than CU.
Nobody in the Big XII will stop Texas this season.

Big 12 sucks, sucks, sucks. SUCKS.
I am soooo glad The U beat VT. At Blacksburg. Dominating win. Good lord, I didn't know Miami's D was that good.

USC will fall to UCLA.
I realize anything is possible in a game, especially a rivalry game. But after watching UCLA lay down and die against Arizona on Sat. night, I doubt USC will lose. In fact, I predict UCLA will lose to ASU next week as well.

Also, the way this year is playing out you don't need the BCS as the top two teams are separating themselves from the rest.

Yup, #92. I wonder what round he'll be drafted in the NFL, maybe the 1st like his older bro??

When the second BCS standings came out, and Texas leap-frogged over USC, I read an interesting article on yahoo. Basically, a sports writer commented that the best thing that could happen was for an unbeaten USC to be left out of the title game, which would expose how truly flawed the BCS is.

I agree, but I think ASU loses to UA this year...
