Why is SHSU going to lose to Southeastern at home? Care to expand on your pick?

Just an opinion neither team is very good this year, but SE Lousiana has been on a mini roll of late while Sam Houston has struggled all year. It'll be close but I think SE Lousiana will pull of a close victory.

My first go around at it... it could prove to be very disasterous. :bang:

I don't know that I would say "neither team is very good this year." We were coming off a major disaster (Katrina) in which 15 members of our team lost homes and had significant injuries in our backfield and to our leading receiver which hampered us greatly during our losing streak. I'm not saying we're great by any means but I think we're better than our record and finally hitting our stride a little bit.
Sam Houston has played two I-A teams and lost a couple of really close ones to Northwestern State and McNeese, both of which they easily could have won. They may be 2-5 but easily have the talent to be 4-3 or even 5-2.

there's no way Eastern Washington will lose to Cal Poly this weekend it's just not gonna happen, Easterns offense is just too good, and Poly doesn't even have one anymore

The only pick I disagree with is Eastern Washington losing to Cal Poly.

Unfortunately no for this weekend. I'll have to listen on the trusted radio instead. Planning on coming to HuntsVegas for baseball though. Really interested in seeing the new digs

An ambitious effort, wildcat. I hope you do better than the 60% because I agree with the bulk of your picks.
:D
I am surprised no one has corrected you over that SW Missouri State thing. It is just Missouri State as of this year. I'm also not sure they can handle Illinois State even at home.

60%? That should be very easy... now, 60% against the spread is hard.
Just picking winners you should do 80%+.
