Could he be injured, or just a dead arm period?

8 of the 9 came in 2 of his final 3 games 4 against Boston, then none in his next start and then 4 in his final game against I believe Detroit.

So its not like it wasnt against very good offenses.

Thanks for bringing me up to speed. I am not a baseball nut but I thought TB was supposed to run away with this series. The score kind of shocked me.

White Sox still lead 2-1, middle of the 5th. Kazmir has now thrown 92 pitches through 5, of which 60 are strikes - I imagine he pitches one more inning this game.

Akinori Iwamura just hit a 2-run home run to give the Rays a 3-2 lead over the White Sox in the bottom of the 5th.
