Thankfully, we should be close to full strength with most of our guys back. This game has been sold out for about a month now, although I believe that some tickets will become available monday. There's been some talk of students camping out sunday night to ensure they get a ticket before they're gone. The dome will rock come saturday. We can't afford to lose this one!! It should be a great game but it aint easy beating the Bison in the dome.

I believe we did have a score called back last year and 4 TOs, not to mention no flags on UNI until into the 4th qtr. The refs always swallow their whistles when we play at the dome.

Not smackin' here, just pointing out that the best team doesn't always win, same as last year. The stat line was clearly dominated by UNI, but that also underscores our D's performance considering how long they were on the field, and let's not forget that this is our 3rd game withnew coaches, a new system, new QB, and players that were recruited by someone else. We have to play pretty vanilla right now and two key starters on O didn't play. Hopefully you'll get a rematch at the end of the year, lord knows we were looking forward to one last year. Nobody will be undefeated in league play and it is still anybody's conference right now. At the end of the year UNI will be a top 5 team.

Couple of questions: The pass interference call against SIU late, what was the reasoning behind that? It had to have come earlier in the play but the ref didn't throw his flag until after the tip.

Beyond that, looks like both QB's need some work. Ours in just about everything, and UNI's in holding on to the ball. He almost cost you guys another 7 with the fumble in the endzone that got called a TD as the ball was coming out. College rules make me angry sometimes (ball only has to cross the line)

Also, horse collar? I thought that was only an NFL rule?

Some of those turnovers were great defensive plays. Mixon and Cloud are a very fast pair of OLBs.
