BTW, Redskins fans have NOT disappointed me this year so far.

3-0 in early pre-season = all fans ready for SB run

0-2 to finish pre-season and lose Giants game = fans pretty much agreed on 6-10 season

Beat New Orleans at home = fans see glimmer of hope and most call-ins say this team can compete

Beat Arizona by 7 at home on a bad, no-call INT = every single caller into the radio shows now has Skins at 10-6 or better.

True about the fans but did you see the Skins 1st team in the last 2 preseason games and against the Giants. We (meaning any 11 of us on this board) could have stopped them.

Say what you want (not a Skins fan but are ok with them and live in the DC area) but 10-6 is not out of the realm of possibilities:

Right now, 2-1
Out of Conference games remaining - @Cin, @Bal, Pit, Cle - Should be 3-1.
Out of Division Games remaining - St. L, @Det, @Sea, @SF - Should be 4-0 (3-1 at the worst)

That puts them at 9-2 or 8-3 at the worst and needing only to win 1 or 2 games in division to get 10 wins In the NFC East, no matter how good or bad a team is, a win is a possibility. 10 wins could put them in 4th place in the NFC East. The fact that the NFC East plays the NFC West and AFC North this year may allow all teams to get to double digit wins in a strong division this year.

Also, say what you want about the no-call but the Skins were better that game than the Cardinals. 1 call doesn't make a game unless you are the Chargers.

You missed the point. A week ago the fans said 6-10, right or wrong. And I sure hope for the Skins sake they ARE better than the Cardinals, especially at home. Most people had that game as one of the 6. One call doesn't make a game, but one game also doesn't make a season. xsmiley_wix
