There was one about cell phones in a high school in upstate New York on ESPN about a month ago and then I come across this.

I don't understand the whole you're not part of the team until the older boys get to do things to you part of hazing. Nor do I understand why, in the New York story and thus presumably in the New Mexico case, some are saying it's not a sexual abuse since it's through some clothing. I'm sure it would feel much better to have a cell phone/broomstick stuck up my ass if I was wearing baseball pants or an athletic supporter.
