It's not a free agent from the most recent draft, but Jason Hunter, of ASU lore, is on Green Bay's roster. In fact, he just laid a monster block to help spring a punt return for a TD!

Tolbert IS a starter for San Diego. He clears the path for LT and makes some nice catches/runs himself! xnodx

It would be nice to have a complete list with College, when graduated, NFL team, NFL #, Position, etc.

Does the practice squad count? USD's Eric Bakhtiari was released in the Chargers final cut. But, as you can see below, he recently was signed to the practice squad:

Also in this category (undrafted, but not from this year) is former UMass WR Brandon London, who made the Dolphins' 53-man roster after spending last year on the Giants' practice squad.
