I'll start to think about college hoops after Thanksgiving.
I'll start in February/March.
And I'll start paying attention to the NHL in May. As well as the NBA (if the Sixers are good, that is).

Western Kentucky will be very good again this year. They are picked the win the Sun Belt East Division by the coaches and media. WKU will have Georgia and Virginia at home this year so this will be a very interesting year for the Toppers!

According to this mornings paper, Buzz is returning to App St. next Saturday for a scrimmage. Coastal should be improved this year under Peterson, if last months trip to Costa Rica was any indication. They played 3 games in 2 days beating the #1 #3 and #5 ranked teams in the Central America league.

It's gonna be a good year for hoops on the Main Line. If only we can avoid any more injuries...

Thats like scheduling USC and Texas to start a Football season.

Us Panther fans could not be more excited about the upcoming season. We return every starter from a team that has made back-to-back apperances in the NCAA tournament. Anything less than the MVC regular season and tourney championship will be a disappointment.

Northwestern State is picked to win the SLC this season with the Kats picked to be fourth. We'll see how it ends up.

Zags start near the top again. Murderous schedule again. Should be interesting.
PSU big question this year as they lost pratically everyone (and the coach). Last year we won the conference but did not get even an invite to the NIT. Mount St Helens made more noise than we did during the conference tournament.

WKU almost beat UVA last year by a lucky hustle play. Almost doesn't count in the W/L record though.
