This Friday, 8/29, is College Colors Day. It's a good chance to represent your FCS schools outside of a football game. Furman fans, it's also a good chance to let people know that there is Division I football in Greenville. If you work, wear your purple and white to work this Friday.xthumbsupx

Be careful to make sure you don't go into the wrong part of town when you do this.

For instance, Bloods are not very appreciative of my blue hen spirit any more than Crips are appreciative of the Harvard crimson, etc.

Every Friday during the school year is Panther Pride Day, and you're supposed to wear your purple and gold.

Unfortunately, this can't happen when you work for another university.

Especially when you are supposed to promote your employer as part of your job.

Unfortunately I will be weaving my way through a see of Red and Black clad UGA fans. The purple will stand out nicely.

I'm sorry to read that. I wouldn't wish it on anybody, though I'll be doing the same thing Saturday.

Nice, we need to get this done in Fargo, except of course NDSU colors.

We do at NDSU - Yellow Tuesdays.

...now only if it would expand to the entire city....
