Perhaps the same voter that gave Bethune-Cookman a vote gave NDSU a #2 vote, propelling them above UC-D?? :D

Furman and Appalachian State should switch places. How Furman is number 2 is beyond me. Ditto CCU and Georgia Southern. Do CCU and Hampton have any quality wins?
