Why drive for Roger Penske when the Hendrick #5 is his in 2010.

I think his declining the Penske ride is clear evidence that that is the plan at Hendrick Motorsports.

Probably, or as the first driver for JR Motorsports if Jr can get JR up into Cup (I am sure with Rick's help).
