That was fun, wasn't it. That is how racing is supposed to be. Not 300 laps of the same leader who wins by 25 seconds.

2 guys led all but one lap, hardly exciting racing -_-

Did you watch? Besides the fact that the two have led almost all the races for the past 5 weeks it was a great race.

I like how the cars are even a lot of the time on these short tracks...

I laughed so hard when I saw that and at how all the fans cheered like crazy when he did. KB18 was soo pissed after the race, like he wanted to cry xthumbsupx

Yeah, people have been giving KB a pass because he is a heck of a driver. People like how he drives, they don't like him winning, but he is good for the sport. Except for when he has an emotional meltdown over something like that. He knows for a fact that he would have done the same thing. Him and Carl are racing for Wins, they don't need points.

Would have?? After Edwards passed him he tried desperately to do the exact same thing a lap later, but didn't have enough of a bump to succeed. xnodx

I grew up near Talladega and used to go to races there when I was younger. Live races are fun... I just can't watch one on TV.

Any AGSer's been to Bristol for a race? Whats it like? Seems crowded with steep stands that might get a little uncomfortable to sit in but an overall great experience.

I live about 20 minutes from the track and go occasionally. It's a great race. From just about every seat you can see the whole race. The seats are not that crowded (if you want crowded, go to Neyland Stadium in Knoxville a 100,000 seat stadium designed to hold 70,000), but I've been fortunate enough to sit in boxes. Those are the way to go.

The stands are VERY steep, they are steeper than they even appear on TV. It is a great race, you can see the whole track. Hardly anybody sits down, most people are standing the whole time, but even if you sit, it is steep enough that you can still see. It is amazing, it is the one race I would tell people to go to if they had to choose one.

One of our family friends was diagnosed with terminal cancer, his dream was to watch a race from Bristol and he got to go watch this race. My parents told me he had a blast...
