So much for Tottenhams start to a season.

Other interesting finals...

Hull 1-1 Blacknurn - Hull starts the season with 4 points. I'm surprised.

Stoke City 3-2 Aston Villa - Upset in my book.

I am not stunned at all-- I called it in an earlier thread; HULL...will stay up. WBA...maybe. Stoke...good possibility.

Stoke and Hull spent coin.

Nice!

BTW...is it mean or does Arsenal look average. Fulham has been taking it to them for the most part.

Arsenal is getting some good looks here at the end. Hope Fulham can hold on.

1-0-1 for the Toon Army... glad to see them survive last week against ManU and get out with a draw.

I'm cautiously optimistic about them this year

Really would love to see them take down the Gunners next week

I only had ESPN's Gamecast, but it looks like Bad Arsenal showed up today. You know, the one that can take 10-15 shots but still not score

Really need to get Fabregas back in the lineup

Up next, finishing off FC Twente in the Champions League qualifier (up 2-0 with the 2nd leg in North London)

Arsenal had their chances, Van Persie missed narrowly at least 4 times and kept bouncing his free kicks into the wall

Well, at least that means he's on the field and in the lineup, which is good to see

He'll round back into form soon enough, I hope

I would love to see Hull stay up, the EPL needs a Yorkshire team at all times.

Loved to see Fulham pull that off.

The Stoke Villa match was a cracker, the last goal so lucky but they all count!

Hull off to a great start...4 points this early almost half of what Derby had all year last season
