A pleasing development
Coaches have been pleased with offensive tackle Brandon Keith, a seventh-round pick from Northern Iowa.
Keith has shown surprising quickness and agility for someone who is 6-5 and 343. He's competing for a backup spot this season, but coaches think Keith has the ability to become a starter one day.
Keith was overweight this off-season but has lost 25 pounds. The Cardinals are working him solely on the right side now, but it's possible he could move to the left side eventually.
He also will get some work at guard after he becomes comfortable with his duties at tackle, Whisenhunt said.
