I'm going to the App game, and I have a tix question!

I'm making the trip to Boone with my family for the App FU game. I read on ya'lls website that single game tickets will sell out soon (before the season). Does App give each university a certain ammount of tickets to sell to their fans, or do the schools buy directly from ASU?

NCAA/SoCon should have some minimums. I've never had a problem getting a visiting fan anywhere.

You shouldn't have a problem getting tix on the visitors side! It's all on your school and how many they get from App for their fans. Since not that many fans from other schools make it up here you should have a good chance at getting them.

I think we usually give the visiting school between 500 and 1,000 depending on what they ask for.

There are no seats left for sale for App fans, only grass seats. Furman and homecoming were the first two gone today it seems.

Around 20,000 seats for this year. Game capacity, including 'grass' seats should be 32,000 or so (28,700 is the record set last year), but they may limit tickets sales quite a bit until all the new concessions/restrooms are complete.

Seems like either Furman of GaSu are always Black Saturday. Wofford could be Black Friday.

Everything is sold out now except Presby and grass seats... holy crap! I tried to get Homecoming tix at 10:30 and they were gone except in the grass to, if you needed 2 side by side. Good times - I hate I had to sell my season tix, but its a long drive from Florida!

I bet more become available as the season goes on. It happened last year. Don't know why they sometimes hold tickets back, unless there are cancellations or something.
