The Southern Conference’s coaches picked Appalachian State University to win its fourth-straight SoCon championship and named 12 Mountaineers preseason all-conference, the league office announced on Wednesday at the annual SoCon Football Rouser.

Well, a lot of pre-season players have the potential to be on there at the end of the season and thats what these are based on. So just give them time. D.J. Smith is the most deserving player I know of not put on there.
