I am in full anticipation of yet another mediocre season from the Birds.

Nah, some Philly fans take pessimism to all new levels. Nobody in this division is really head and shoulders above anyone else. Sure the Giants got hot and won the SB last year, but Eli has his ups and downs and their defense took some losses from last year's team, the Cowboys still have Romo dating Jessica and a free safety who's not any good, and the Skins are just treading water with the Taylor pickup. The Eagles have to stay healthy to be good (and specifically that means McNabb and Westbrook) but they have enough to beat anyone else in the division. They've won the division with much worse receiving corps than what they have now and the defense is as good as it's been in a while now.

I predict BHBK will be front and center in the Andy Reid fan club by about week 8 into the season (of course, I'm not unrealistic either and I could certainly see him calling for Andy's head when the Eagles blow a game in the playoffs).

1. Cowboys (finally get their act together)
2. Eagles (D much improved)
3. Giants (lost too many players)
4. Redskins (still shaky at QB)

I saw on Ch-6 last night that Reid is giving all players 30 and older the Wednesday morning practice off. I guess there are some benefits to having a fat guy coaching the team.
