I thought you guys might like to see some photos of The Citadel/Furman game. It was a beautiful day in Charleston, but hot. As you can see Gray is a hoss of a quarterback. 6-0, 230+. Big arm and can run the option. Looks like JR Revere of GSU glory days.

you can't determined from the photo whether the Citadel player has control of the ball... but it's pretty obvious that he is... inbounds ...

I dunno know… He could have caught the ball in the endzone. And at game speed I couldn't tell where the left foot was. But the right foot came down way out of bounds. With a little help from Holmes… :o

It appears to me that he is definitely out-of-bounds.
Why is it even a question??????????

you're right... I first thought that the end zone was to the right of the stripe... but apparently it's to the left... :o

I thought it was a force out because palmer caught the ball and was shoved out of bounds. One of these years we will figure out a way to beat those Babtists!

The real question is "How much is Kevin Higgins already appreciated as a great coach?" It appears that he is already turning around the Citadel program. My guess is in the near future, the Citadel will be experiencing many multi-denominational wins.

I groaned inside when El Cid hired Higgins because I knew he was the type of man who could get that program back up and going. Citadel will be the sleeper team in the SoCon in 2006. GO CATAMOUNTS!!!
