For weeks, ever since the National Football League's draft day in late April, former Toreador Chad Rinehart, his friends and especially the rest of his family, have been anxiously waiting to see if it would be a reality. If he would officially become a member of the NFL Washington Redskins.
Thursday was the day.
The Redskins Web site reported Friday they had agreed to terms with Rinehart, their third round draft choice. It means he will get a good shot at making an NFL roster.
