Apparently Coach Kill suffered a seizure at the end of the ILS/SIU game and was taken by ambulence to the hospital, the remainder of the game was called. I HOPE ALL IS WELL WITH COACH KILL!!!

ILS Head Coach Denver Johnson led both teams in a prayer at the 50 yard line. Great win, but my thoughts and prayers to Coach Kill and SIU right now.

no problem, I could have looked it up, but since we are almost instant IMs here, I thought a question would be faster...

I thought while listening to the game, that it was a player that was hurt.
Thoughts and prayers to Coach Kill...

This sort of thing puts things into perspective.
Come back to us soon, Coach Kill.
Thanks to the members of the I-AA Nation for their kind thoughts.

Thoughts and prayers from the west coast to the Kill family and the SIU community. Hoping for good news...
This and the Penn running back really puts things in perspective when someone puts their life on the line just so we all can enjoy a football game.

Definitely praying for Coach Kill. Awesome gesture by the teams to pray afterwards.

I was watching last night on tv, I agree, prayers are with coach Kill. What a shame since just minutes before, they showed him on the sidelines still trying to motivate his players

The level of commitment and time that these men put in is amazing. Sometimes I fear that they do so at the expense of their physical health. My most sincere wishes to Coach for a quick recovery and my thanks for his efforts.

Coach won't be on the sidelines today, but I'll bet he is back for the WKU game next week.

Great story. Hoping that they find the source of Coach Kill's seizures and can effectively treat it.

Just have to comment that the UNI fans have been great this season. I know last year there was a battle between them and SIU fans, but I am really impressed with you guys and appreciate your insite and realistic points about the Gateway. Also appreciate the support for coach Kill you guys are class acts as have the ISU & WKU fans this season.
Go Gateway !

Personal health is always more important than a sporting event.
EVERYONE wishes nothing but the BEST for Coach Kill.
He has been a tremendous asset to the GFC.
