Eastern's D is going to have to go play someone else this evening so they can feel like they played a game today.

This is the most vanilla I have ever seen our offense. No screens to WR's or Lex, no option using Lex, no long balls, no passes to the TE.

Here's the key...CB needs to find his second reciever, or else.
EWU spent all week(fs/ss/cb's on tape) identifying the fact that Cole is looking one way.

Wish EWU could tell the rest of the conference how to win at Wash-Griz. They seem to be the only ones who can (aside from Montana, of course).

I agree, EWU seemed to be on today and now they will have 4 of the Griz's 10 losses at Washington Stadium. Thats pretty good considering how awesome the Griz are at home.
edit: 4 out of 9 big sky conference losses

By having a good secondary.....
however, Eric-Erik duo is awesome.

You're right, but actually McIntyre had 3 TD catches, Kimble and Vijil each had one.
But my point was mostly just a QB to QB comparison. An All-American Senior vs a RS Freshman making just his second start. I don't know that we could have asked any more of CB. If anything, our best chance to win was to have a solid running game and enough of a passing game to make them have to seriously defend it. CB came through, but the running game didn't. A lot of credit to the Eagles run defense.
