Do any other FCS Schools have blogs where they post information or anything like that on a weekly or daily basis to keep in touch with the fan base. Presbyterians head coach Bobby Bentley had one when he first became a head coach that was set up with the greenville news. then he decided to continue it when it got alot of hits and comments through his personal website and the schools athletic website.. you can visit it at
http://www.bobbybentley.com or http://www.gobluehose.com

Bentley's looks nice.
Mike Lucas at Southeastern just started one this summer. Modeled after Mickey Matthew's (http://www.coachmatthews.com/staff/index.php) at JMU.

I don't believe that any 'blog' supposedly set up by an HC is really run by him...How would he have the time. I would expect 90% of whatever is posted is ghost-written by the SID office. Most schools HC's will send out newletters (USPS and email) updating the fan base and contributors.

nginner,
you are right i am pretty sure that most of the stuff is done by our SID.. but for severl months after his hiring when his blog was on greenvilleonline, he wrote most of that himself.. going on about prayer meetings the coaches had and stuff like that. its still a neat thing i think for those fans who get to read something put out weekly by the head coach/SID

The good thing about these blogs are they provide ample reason for the fans of other teams to get pissed at the coachesxlolx
