So when the NBA appologizes for a bad call or whatever the day after the game is over what does that accomplish? It is kind of a worthless " I am sorry we screwed that up for you ". I am not a big basketball fan, I do watch March Madness, but I cannot see admitting that they screwed up doing anything to help its image or fix what went wrong.

The NBA is probably PO'd because the ref's ruined a good series. Instead of a 2-2 series that would have gone a minimum of 6 games, the series over in 5 games.
