The offense picked a fine time to go on vacation.

Mike Lowell is back tomorrow and while Wakefield was beat on a little bit Friday, Buchholz was brilliant Saturday and shouldn't have been in the game in the 8th inning (Should we start calling Tito "Grady Francona"?) And Captain KickAss was awesome yesterday.

The offense is there. The rotation is coming into form (assuming we dont have any more flu breakouts). Now we just gotta get the bullpen back on track.

As for the sweep. I knew Tampa was going to be good, and it wasnt a fluke what they did this weekend, They will finish second in the east.

The Rays have a talented young pitching staff that is really starting to come around. Kazmir, last year's AL strikeout leader is coming off the DL soon, also. I agree that the Rays will be much more competitive this year. xthumbsupx

The Rays aren't backing down from the Yanks and Sox this year. The race in the East will be great this year!
