Cards-Padres scoreless in the top of the third in today's matinee. This series looks like the biggest mismatch but, hey, the 83-79 New York Mets of '73 made it to the World Series.

Two run double by Laroche, 5-1 Braves. If they keep hitting the bullie won't matter.

and the Bravos showed Clemens who his dad is. The Rocket is 0-2 vs the Braves this season. All tied up going to Houston and facing Oswalt who has been for most of his career an excellent batting practice pitcher for the Braves.....he gave up 10 hits and 9 earned runs in his last outing against Atlanta.
