What are the differences, ( if any ), between a priority free agent and an undrafted free agent? In reviewing how players are graded, I noticed that some are listed as PFA/FA.... I would guess that a priority free agent is specificially signed by a team as compared to a free agent that kind of finds his own gig?

PFA means they are a priority over the others. PFAs are players signed immediately after the draft. Players with just an FA rating are those who get a tryout or sign many days after the draft.
